At Vero Moda Oslo, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Register Your Return
Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
